Job Description: 

We are seeking a motivated team member to join our team as an Assembly Robotics Technician. In this position, you will be responsible for assembling robotic systems and maintaining an organized workspace. This key player will work closely with the engineering team to support the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of robotic fabrication systems in house and at client facilities across North America. While expert knowledge is not required, a genuine passion for engineering, proficiency with basic hand tools, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to applying new skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and maintain robotic systems using hand tools, perform routine maintenance, and support client installations and repairs

Test and inspect systems for quality, document processes and solutions, and follow all safety protocols Maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist with inventory management and team support Communicate professionally with clients and partners, and take ownership of tasks with a willingness to grow and learn Continuously expand your skills across mechanical, electrical, software, and fabrication systems, contributing with passion and independence

Essential Physical Demands:

• Sustain physically intensive tasks for up to 10 hours per day Perform repetitive tasks including ascending/descending stairs and standing for extended periods on varied or uneven surfaces Frequently lift, push, and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and ascend/descend 10-inch steps Regularly bend, lift, reach, stoop, lie down, squat, kneel, crouch, twist, and crawl for extended periods Use standard hand tools for mechanical or electrical work Identify process issues and respond to safety signals through visual, tactile, or auditory means

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• At least two years of relevant mechanical, electrical, fabrication, or technical experience
• High school diploma required; trade school, associate, or bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Proficiency with power tools
• Experience with ABB robotics, Siemens Sinumerik, or Kuka robotics hardware
• Experience with 3D printing and CAD/CAM software
• Basic understanding of low voltage, high voltage, AC, and DC electrical systems
• Ability to travel across North America for system installation and client support
Compensation and Benefits:
• $45,000-$50,000 annually, based on experience
