SkillShikshya is looking for knowledgeable and passionate mentors across various fields to support and guide aspiring professionals as they develop the skills needed to succeed in today's fast-changing world.

As a mentor, you’ll help learners build a strong foundation in your area of expertise—whether it’s technology, design, marketing, finance, or any other in-demand domain. Through structured learning paths, you’ll provide personalized feedback, share industry best practices, and support learners as they gain hands-on experience with real-world tools and projects.

📄Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide one-on-one and group mentorship to learners enrolled in our respective courses.

2. Offer guidance on career paths, certifications, and industry best practices.

3. Support students with practical queries.

4. Review student projects, provide constructive feedback, and track their progress.

5. Participate in Q&A sessions, live doubt-clearing, or webinars as needed.

6. Collaborate with curriculum designers to ensure content relevance and alignment with real-world trends.

✅Requirements

1. You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in your related domain.

2. Strong understanding of tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills – you can break down complex topics clearly and patiently. 4. Passionate about teaching, tech, and helping others succeed.

Bonus: You’ve previously mentored or coached individuals in a formal or informal setting.
