Ensemble - Demo Registration form

TLDR: Ensemble is looking to bring together builders, artists, writers, creators, and everything in-between! We're looking for works not made because of CVs to be filled or obligations, but passion projects and side endeavours made for the sake of making.
Ensemble Summer '25 is held in London on October 4th and we want you to help make it amazing.

Making what you love? We're here to showcase it.

We are looking for people to showcase and share their projects and/or run group "unconference" sessions (anything from social experiments to discussion groups and interactive presentations). If you are interested in demoing a project and/or running an unconference session, please register your interest below (no commitment required).
For those who come after,

FAQS:

What Is Ensemble?
We are looking to bring together 400 creative and passionate individuals for our largest event of the year!
The first half of the event will be project demonstrations (5-10 mins), and the second half of the session will be "unconferences" (15-30 mins): small informal spontaneous group sessions where you have full control over what the session is and how it is run.
Why Should I Present a Demo / Run a Session?
This is your opportunity to share you wild projects, niche interests, and unfiltered thoughts with people who truly care!
Who Is This Aimed At?
This event is primarily targeted at university students, or those who have recently graduated. However, the event is open to anyone!
What Are Unconference Sessions?
While "conferences" are planned presentations, "unconferences" are impromptu and free-form group sessions which can be planned in advance or on the day. There are no rules on what counts as an "unconference" session, you are free to go wild!
Is This Founders / Startup Vibe?
Nope! This is just a group of people who are passionate about doing and making things for the fun of it – no strings attached

Submissions

Please submit this form for just one idea (which can be either a demo, an unconference, or both). If you have multiple ideas, please submit a form for each one.
Note that while unconferences can be about anything, demos should be tied to a specific project you are working on / have completed.

Your Demo / Unconference

Demos are 5-10 minute presentations held on stage in front of all participants: an amazing opportunity to showcase your work in an official format.
Unconferences are 15-30 minute free-form group sessions, which range from social experiments to discussion groups and interactive presentations. There are no rules on what counts as an unconference, so feel free to submit bold suggestions!
We encourage demoers to also hold an unconference, as an opportunity to dig deeper into your project and answer any audience questions.
