Israel's first premium whisky only bar - validation survey

We're exploring the idea of opening Israel's first premium whisky-only bar, built for people who really love whisky. The bar will feature rotating selection of single casks, independent bottlings and special releases that are hard or impossible to find or taste otherwise.

Before burning our kids' inheritance, we want to hear from the community. This takes about 10 minutes, it's anonymous unless you choose to leave your email at the end.

Section C — The concept:

A small, intimate, non-smoking, whisky-only bar - no beer, no cocktails (few wines, for better halves that have yet to embrace whisky). A changing menu spanning single casks and indie bottlers sourced from small boutique importers up to genuinely rare, unique bottles, from private collections that you can't get elsewhere in Israel. Small cold plates plates chosen to go with whisky. The owner, an experienced collector, pours and hosts personally.
