We are looking to welcome artists that include BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, Disabled and otherwise marginalized groups. In order to do this, we are asking applicants to participate in a voluntary disclosure process so we can understand if we are serving these groups. This process is entirely voluntary. Responses will be used to identify priority groups and report back on participation through aggregated data. This information will not be shared in any way that would identify its respondents.
