R&D Executive

Job Summary:

The R&D Executive at Tyger Media will be responsible for conducting in-depth research to support data-driven decision-making in PR, influencer marketing, and content marketing. This role includes building and managing databases of creators and hyperlocal platforms, analyzing industry trends, identifying innovative content strategies, and providing actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities:📋

Creator Database Development:

- Research and build a comprehensive database of creators, including metrics such as

audience demographics, engagement rates, and content performance.

- Regularly update and refine the database to ensure its relevance to evolving market trends.

PR Database Development

- Collect and organize information on hyperlocal content platforms across various regions and demographics.

- Identify and evaluate smaller, bite-sized media verticals that align with Tyger Media’s goals.

Content Marketing Research:

- Analyze emerging content marketing trends to identify innovative strategies that brands are adopting.

- Research successful campaigns in PR, influencer marketing, and bite-sized media to extract actionable insights.

Trend Analysis and Insights:
- Track and analyze shifts in audience preferences, content formats, and marketing techniques.
- Provide actionable recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness based on research findings.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with internal teams to align research findings with campaign and strategy goals.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research and insights.

Skills & Qualifications: 💪

Education: No degree required. Skills and experience are prioritized.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in research, data analysis, or a related field.

Skills:
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management tools.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, PR, or content marketing is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours: 💼

Full-time (Hybrid): Sunday to Thursday (11:00 AM to 7:00 PM).
Office Location: Kawran Bazar, Dhaka Trade Center.
Flexibility to work beyond standard hours during critical project phases.
