PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY•To reserve a seat, a 50% advance payment is required at the time of registration.
•Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellation and Refund:•50% refund of the advance amount if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the departure date.
•30% refund of the advance amount if cancellation is made at least 5 days before the departure date.
•No refund will be provided if cancellation is made less than 3 days before the departure date.
Trip Delays:•In the event of political situations, weather conditions, or any other factors leading to a trip delay, the refund policy will remain applicable. No full refunds will be provided.
Leaving the Group:•No refunds will be made if a member voluntarily leaves the group at any stage of the trip.
Trip Cancellation by the Company:•The traveling company reserves the right to cancel the trip at any time before or during the trip.
•If the trip is canceled before the departure date, a 100% refund will be provided.
•If cancellation occurs during the trip, the company will refund all the money except for the costs incurred without taking any profit from the trip.
Policy Compliance:••It is the responsibility of the customers to familiarize themselves with and adhere to the refund policy before signing up for a trip.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
> Every member must keep his/her original CNIC.
> Fitour is not responsible for any personal injuries and accidents.
> Members must behave ethically towards his/her fellow group members.
> Drugs and weapons are strictly not allowed.
> Seats in the bus are not reserved by any one person. Shuffles can be made by the trip organizers.
> Due to political situations, weather conditions or any other factors, if a trip is delayed, refund policy shall hold. No full refunds will be given.
> No refunds shall be made in case a member leaves the group at any stage of the trip.
> In case of theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the trip, organizers will not be held responsible in any case.
> Any person showing symptoms will not be allowed on the bus, so make sure you isolate yourself before the trip.
> Fitour will try to implement preventive SOPs as much as possible. However, Fitour holds no responsibility if someone comes in contact with the virus.
> On trips like these weather, local politics, transport, or a multitude of other factors beyond organizers' control can result in a change of itinerary. It is very unlikely that the itinerary would be substantially altered; if alterations are necessary, team Leaders will decide what is the best alternative, taking into consideration the interests of the whole group.
>Ticket prices are subject to the volatile petrol prices in Pakistan. (Trip cost may change before or during the trip). Client will be asked to pay an additional amount in such a case.
> Though we choose our suppliers very carefully and ensure that they deliver their best for our clients, Fitour will not be held responsible for any problem or issue created solely by any third-party/supplier/vendor without the involvement/consent/permission of Fitour.
> Fitour reserves the right to cancel the trip anytime before/during the trip. In case of cancellation, Fitour has to refund 100% amount (when the trip is canceled before the departure date) or all the money except costs without taking any profit- from the trip (when cancellation happens during the trip)
> I understand that the adventure/outdoor activities carry a potential risk of personal injury. I further undertake that neither I nor my heirs or legal representatives shall demand compensation from Fitour for any reason.
> Fitour shall not be liable to pay for any damages caused by the aforementioned natural calamities.
> Fitour shall not be liable to pay for the extra costs incurred by the aforementioned natural calamities. Extra costs may be informed of the change of accommodation, change of travel routes, and change of vehicular transport.
> Fitour shall not be liable to refund any amount in case the aforementioned Natural Calamities disrupt the flow of the agreed-upon itinerary.
> Fitour shall not be liable to execute an alternate itinerary in case Natural Calamities disrupt the agreed-upon itinerary.
