💳 Deposits & Payments

Full payment is required upfront. Payments can be made via bank transfer or card payment upon delivery (available for Round-Town delivery only. NO CASH). An official invoice will be emailed after your order has been reviewed and approved. Please ensure the email address provided is correct before submission.

🚚 Delivery & Processing

Delivery charges are calculated in the order total. Round-Town deliveries = $400 | Knutsford Express deliveries - $700 (will be paid on the customer's behalf if included in the payment total. Customer may also elect to pay on delivery). Delivery will be confirmed after payment and production approval. Deliveries will be done on the next business day following the order.

💰 Refund Policy

No refund after three (3) days. Books must be returned in original condition with no visible damage or markings to be eligible for refunds. No refund on delivery fees. Returns will be accommodated at the customer's expense. Full payment is required up front.
