I commit to paying the invoice before the start of the mission and understand that failure to do so will prevent me from participating in the mission.

I acknowledge that in case of cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the mission for reasons not beyond my control and not related to force majeure, a flat fee of 1,000 EUR as well as costs incurred by hub.brussels may be charged to me.

I agree to complete the evaluation form provided by hub.brussels after the trade fair. Within six months of the trade fair, I will report the number of agreements signed or under negotiation as a result of the event
