This information allows our team and campus partners to prepare for your on-campus interview. As a reminder, these interviews are being recorded for our online Intro to Health Careers course that is open to all OSU students as a way to explore the depth and breadth of the healthcare field.

These questions ask for information that will be displayed on-screen for the entirety of your interview. Please make sure what you type is how you'd like your information displayed.
e.g. Michael Kavalier, AT, Dr. Kelly File, JD; Justin Jones; etc.

If you want the logo displayed on-screen (black and white is ideal, but color logos are fine as well).

Your interview will take place on campus in OSU's ITLE building. We would recommend using the staff parking lots near the building. We will have permits available the day of your interview if you do not have an OSU staff permit.
