Full Stack Developer

We started building CrewCam a couple years ago after tasting problems in the field ourselves and realizing there is a great opportunity to serve people.

Now, we have customers across USA, Canada, and Australia in the construction industries, with thousands of crew members using our platform. Today, we’re growing fast and excited for new talent to join our team.

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to help support our users worldwide. This job can be done remotely or in office.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have experience building both front-end and back-end systems, with a strong focus on React Native for mobile development. You’ll collaborate closely with designers and engineers to make things that make our customers smile on the inside. 90% of your focus will be working with react native. What you will do: Work with a small team to create features and updates that make our customers happy and we think are cool. Primarily in React Native. What you will NOT do: Spend time in pointless meetings (You will have your autonomy). Spend time on anything that is not productive for you or CrewCam ‍ Responsibilities: Develop and maintain features for mobile application using React Native. Build and integrate APIs, and manage databases. Ensure the application is optimized for performance and scalability. Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance. Requirements: Proficiency in React Native and related frameworks. Proficiency in Typescript Experience with Next.js, Express, and RESTful APIs (Nice to have) Familiarity with databases like MongoDB and FIrebase. Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Experience with version control (Git). ‍ Porter here now.. I'm going to be straight up with you.
