You don’t need TikTok Shop experience — we’ll train you on that. What matters are the transferable skills: Communication: Can you write clear, friendly messages and build quick rapport?

Organization: Can you manage lots of conversations and keep trackers updated?

Persistence: Are you okay with rejection/low reply rates and still consistent?

Pattern Spotting: Do you notice what’s working vs not, and adjust?

Adaptability: Are you curious and open to testing new approaches? If you naturally enjoy talking to people, staying organized, and experimenting until something works, you’re a strong fit. Please use the form below to apply!
