About the Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to help define, build, and launch features that enhance our ad optimization platform. You will be involved in the full product lifecycle - from gathering requirements and analyzing customer needs to prioritizing features and ensuring timely delivery.

Responsibilities

1. Gather and analyze customer needs, business goals, and market trends to define and prioritize the product roadmap
2. Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to translate requirements into clear specifications and ensure timely delivery
3. Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and industry trend tracking to inform product decisions
4. Coordinate product launches, ensuring smooth cross-functional alignment and clear communication
5. Monitor product performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and recommend enhancements
6. Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring the product delivers real value and aligns with market needs

Skills & Experience Requirements

1. Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in product management or a related role
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset
4. Excellent communication skills - able to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
5. Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management
6. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Figma, or similar platforms
7. Experience in AdTech, e-commerce, or B2B SaaS products is a big plus
8. Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
