This is an application form and completion of this form is NOT a guarantee that your child/ward will be accepted at ClaraSel. You will be informed of the school’s decision via email once all applications have been processed.
Please note that ClaraSel is a preschool for children aged 3, turning 4 in the year of enrolment (i.e., children born in 2022 will be enrolled in 2026). Enrolment is conditional upon the payment of a non-refundable admissions fee of R2000 within 30 days of acceptance to ClaraSel, in order to secure the position offered.
Please note that you will be required to upload copies of the following documents:
Documents required for the child:
• A recent head and shoulders photo of the child
• Certified copy of unabridged birth certificate
• Road to health booklet pages ii, 27, 38
Documents required from both parents/guardians/payer of the account:
• Certified copy of ID book/card
• Proof of residential address
• Most recent 3 months' pay slips or 3 months' bank statements
• Most recent ITA34 document from SARS
• Marriage certificate (if applicable)
• Divorce agreement (if applicable)
• Death certificate (if applicable)
• Legal guardianship (if applicable)
Documents required from foreign applicants: (Including all of the above)
• Certified copy of passport
• Work/study permits (if applicable)
