KodoKraft is looking for a Product Designer who will take full ownership of the design process, from research and ideation to implementation and developer collaboration. This role requires a highly proactive individual who can drive design decisions, ensure smooth execution, and maintain a high-quality user experience.
Key Responsibilities:Design & UX Strategy:Lead the entire end-to-end design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI design.Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all user interfaces.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive designs and workflows.Implement UX strategies that enhance usability, engagement, and accessibility.
Implementation & Developer Collaboration:Ensure developers accurately implement designs by providing clear specifications, assets, and design documentation.Regularly review and test developer builds to ensure design consistency and usability.Create interactive prototypes to showcase user flows and interactions for the development team.Work closely with engineers to resolve feasibility issues and maintain a smooth handoff.
User Research & Testing:Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and improve design decisions.Analyze user behavior and feedback to iterate on existing designs for better performance and engagement.Define and track UX success metrics to measure the effectiveness of design solutions.
Collaboration & Process Optimization:Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.Advocate for best design practices and process improvements within the team.Keep up with industry trends and incorporate modern UI/UX principles into the product.
Qualifications:3+ years of experience in UI/UX and product design.Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.Experience in designing complex workflows and working on B2B or SaaS products.Ability to collaborate with developers and ensure pixel-perfect implementation.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Skills:Experience with design systems and component libraries.Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Background in health tech or legal tech industries.
