Client Success Strategist - Customer Facing
Location: 100% Remote (we have never had an office)
TimeZone: 6 hour overlap with 9-5 PST timezone
We are looking for Client Success Strategist who can effectively communicate with clients while having a strong understanding of:
- Growth Marketing
- Funnels
Basic ideas of
- Java Script
- SQL
- BigQuery
- APIs
- Likable
- Extremely personable
- Can deescalate situations
You will be responsible for speaking to clients, guiding them to better questions & better technical solutions.
The ideal candidate will be able to bridge the gap between technical teams and marketing teams, ensuring that strategies are data-driven and effective.
Your role will involve:
- Managing client documenation
- Building client roadmaps
- Managing the plan for: tagging, data collection to data visualization with our team.
- Translating technical concepts to marketing teams & back to Technical teams
- Client Facing

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent debugging skills.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of Google Analytics 4, Data Pipelines, BigQuery, SQL knowledge, and the ability to work asynchronously.
Knowledge of Slack and ClickUp is a big plus.
Experience You Would Be Expected To Have:
- Looking for an environment with ability to grow technical & marketing.
You will be responsible for:
- Guiding the clients data strategy
- Working with 8-10 clients at a given time where you know exactly what they are doing & have it well documented.
- Documenting your work & updating the team with what needs to happen & manage the structure

~ Ability to work asynchronously with daily check-ins.
~ Participate in a daily 15-minute sync huddle with the team.
