MANDATORY TERMS — READ BEFORE APPLYING

1) Internship Nature
Unpaid. No stipends. No allowances.
2) Visa / Legal

YF does not sponsor visas.

Short-term documents only if required by academic institution.

All arrangements = your responsibility.

3) Location

In-person only (Tokyo).

No remote.

4) Duration & Hours
Minimum 3 months (Full time only)

Working days: Mon - Fri (excluding public holiday)

Working hours: 10:00–19:00 (1h lunch)

5) Eligibility

Minimum 3 years of tertiary education completed.

6) Mandatory Competencies

Intern must demonstrate:

- Design capability
- Critical thinking
- Communication clarity
7) Internship Structure
- Proactive long-term project
- Reactive agency tasks
- Weekly work meeting (combined direction + progress, max 1 hour)
- Introduction presentation
- Final presentation
8) Conduct

Confidentiality enforced

IP ownership belongs to YF (portfolio use requires written approval)

Professional communication required

Compliance with safety

No competition/conflict

9) Termination

Immediate in case of breach.

Day-to-day termination possible.

10) No Job Guarantee
Internship ≠ employment track.
