Lead Operator Application

I want to start this application form by saying that if you really take the time to qualify yourself and go through this application that would take ~30 mins to complete.

You will automatically get hired right there and then I can promise you that.

No low performer is going to actually do the work and invest the time into doing this.

We're looking to pay premium salaries because we're looking for premium people to join our team.

I do not care if you work 8h a day or not, as long as you're efficient and get the job done. I'm happy you working 4h a day with the same amount of money made and I'm going to pay you more for being that efficient really.

Qualifications

Are you able to work in (EST) time zone full-time 9-5?

Are you able to start immediately?

Anything else we should know?

Introduce yourself naturally like you’re meeting a US client for the first time.
Then, pretend you’re replying to a prospect for J-Reach who said: “I already work with a LinkedIn agency, why should I talk to you?”

Write a DM reply to this objection:
“We’re not interested, already doing well with our own LinkedIn system that sends 800 connections a month - we don't need to send InMails.”

Write a DM reply to this objection: "Can you send me some case studies?" for J-Reach

You’re messaging on behalf of a coachpilot.com that helps B2B founders.
Write 3 bullet points you’d include in your DM after spending 5 mins researching their company.

Loom (max 1 min): Explain how you’d structure your day managing multiple LinkedIn sales navigator client inboxes and still stay organized.

Have you used LinkedIn Sales Navigator Lead Filters before?

Have you used Slack before?

Have you used GoLogin before?

Have you used Prosp.ai/HeyReach/Linked Helper 2 before?

Have you used instantly.ai before?

Record a 60-90 second Loom answering this question as naturally as you can (pretend you’re on a Zoom call with a US founder):
“Hey [Name], before we start - tell me a bit about yourself and what you’ve been working on recently.”

---
• Speak casually (you can use slang).
• No reading scripts - just talk.
• Clear audio and confident energy.

Imagine you’re chatting on LinkedIn. A prospect says:
“We already have a LinkedIn agency and it’s working fine.”

Record a 30-45 second Loom where you speak out loud exactly how you’d respond in DM form. Keep it friendly, natural and consultative (think conversation, not pitch).

Reply to this message in under 120 words:
“We handle our own lead gen internally - why would we need another system?”

Write like you’re actually in a LinkedIn chat. No formal emails.
I’m looking for flow, grammar, and natural human tone (think US startup founder vibe).

Shoot a Loom video showing you taking this internet speed test and show the results you got. (required)

Shoot a Loom video showing you download this and running the test. (required) OR if on Mac, use something else.

You manage a LinkedIn campaign for a $5K/month client.
They message you angrily saying:
“Why am we paying you guys? I got zero calls this week.”

Write a short Loom or text reply explaining exactly what you’d do — and how you’d communicate it to the client.

(Be specific. Don’t just say “I’d check what’s wrong.” Tell me the exact steps.)

“Record a 2-minute Loom thinking out loud: How would you find 200 new leads for a client selling SEO to eCommerce brands?

Which filters would you use and why?

Take the free EF SET English Test (60 min) → efset.org Loom the entire thing. Minimum passing score: C1 (70%+) If you pass this, you're pretty much guaranteed to be hired. (But this isn't required)
