TKO Amateur Boxing Club Summer Camp Holiday Activity and Food Programme 2025 Registration Form

This summer holiday give your kids a chance to stay active, learn new skills, and enjoy nutritious meals over four exciting weeks with TKO’s HAF programme.
Parents can sign up their children (aged 11-16 years) to participate in a range of activities, including learning the fundamentals of non-contact boxing in a safe, coached environment. Alongside boxing, we’ll be offering sessions in football, athletics, basketball and other fun activities to keep kids engaged and moving.
Dates: 28/07/2025 - 21/08/2025 (Monday to Thursday)

The below form is split into four small sections: 1: Sign up form 2: Consent form 3: Dietary | Access Requirements | Ethnicity 4. Signature | Disclaimer Without all sections completed we won't be able to offer a space on the programme. If you are unable to complete the form online, please pop into the club where a team member will be able to assist you or provide you with a paper form if preferred. The TKO Amateur Boxing Club Winter HAF programme is created for children aged 11-16 years old who qualify for free schools meals. There are also paid spaces open if your child does not receive free school meals. If you are unsure about whether or not your child is eligible for free school meals, please apply and we will contact you via email. Please note: if you have multiple children that you'd like to sign up for the programme we'd love to welcome them all but please complete one form per child. We will be offering spaces on a first come first served basis, and will confirm spaces by email or call before the 25th of July.
