Please follow the guidelines we've included below. This is a curated calendar; we review each event to ensure it meets our guidelines. If you don't see your listing within a week of submitting the form, you are welcome to follow up via
email to check the status.

1. In-person events must take place in the Bay Area. Virtual events must be of specific interest to Bay Area disability communities and closely align with
our mission.
2. Events must fit into at least one of the following categories: (1) events run by disabled communities, (2) events for disabled communities, or (3) interesting cultural events that offer exceptional access.
3. We publish what you write. Please make sure your details are correct and your text is typo-free. We will not post text with lots of typos and do not offer copyediting.
4. Please submit at least two weeks before your event. We try our best to get everything in, but if your event is very soon, we may not be able to post it.
This could be an organization or an individual.
