Full-Stack Engineer - Telegram BOT

About the Position:

We’re looking for a crypto-native builder with a shipper mindset — someone who loves to move fast, own projects end-to-end, and deliver real impact.

We’re a team of 10 developers building a DEX on Solana, with most of the team based in Dubai.

We’re already shipping three core products, and now expanding into a Telegram trading bot connected to our existing infrastructure.

You’ll own the Telegram Bot project — from integration to shipping — leveraging our internal codebase where:

• Swaps
• Limit Orders (TP/SL)
• Wallet Management (Privy)

…are already implemented.


You’ll work closely with our backend, data, and product teams to deliver a seamless trading experience for our users.

About You

You are a person who craves impact. You are generally disappointed in the bar held by most people everyday. You feel smarter than everyone around you, yet that doesn’t make you happy – it makes you sad that you aren’t being pushed to think hard enough. You drive towards simplicity and expect others to do the same. You want to be in an environnement where shipping 7/7 is the norm.

You have:

• Proven experience building Telegram bots (ideally for trading, sniping, or crypto use cases)

• Strong understanding of the trader experience in Telegram bots

• Solid grasp of backend logic & API integrations

• (Bonus) Experience with Solana or other blockchain environments

• Above all: a shipper/builder mindset — someone who doesn’t wait for specs, but delivers results fast

💰 Minimum cash comp of $70K+ (budget depends on profile) — plus a performance-indexed bonus (expectation is total compensation of $130k the first year)
