What does Connection look like?
In a world that seems increasingly disconnected despite our hyper-connectivity, isolated despite the constant noise and information flashing on our screens, we're still human—full of love, longing, joy, pain…"The Community Poem Project” invites you to contribute one line to a collaborative poem written by everyday voices across the country on themes of Connection.
The goal is to grow an ongoing written expression that will eventually be shared and displayed in public spaces, connecting strangers’ thoughts and feelings and the varied nature of being. One line at at time, by many voices.
All submissions to the Community Poem project are anonymous, voluntary, without compensation, and may be edited, combined, and shared publicly, displayed, published online or in print, used in creative works as part of the final ongoing project.
