Academic Papers • Sign up deadline: October 19, 2025 - Invitations to EasyChair after October 19, 2025 (you can receive invitations for Full/Short Papers, Extended Abstracts and Doctoral Colloquium - feel free to accept what you see fit) • Assignments in EasyChair after October 19, 2025
• You will receive 2 papers (3 at most) • Review deadline will be around 3 - 4 weeks after the assignment
• Authors hear back on December 15, 2025

iLEAD Submissions • Sign up deadline: December 20, 2025 - Invitations to EasyChair will be sent after December 20 • Assignments in EasyChair after January 12, 2026
• Expect 2 papers (3 at most)
• Review deadline will be around 3 - 4 weeks after assignment
• Authors hear back on February 8, 2026

Independent Jury Panel – Awards • Jury packets sent: 20 March 2026

• Three-week review period (certificates must be prepared before the conference)

Our aim: No more than two papers per reviewer in each stream (absolute maximum of three).
If your circumstances change, let us know early so we can reassign papers. Thank you for helping us maintain a rigorous and timely review process!
