Customer Support Rep (CSR) - $500-$800/mo

We're hiring skilled Customer Support Representatives (CSR) to join our team remotely. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via email, live chat, and phone support.
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up tasks. - Assist in troubleshooting product/service issues and escalate as necessary.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge to provide effective support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a remote setting.
- Proficient in handling customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work within US business hours or flexible hours depending on the client.
