Job Overview:

Tapitt is seeking highly motivated Data Scientist Interns to work on impactful AI/ML projects across multiple domains. You will contribute to developing intelligent solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, and advanced machine learning models while also gaining exposure to data engineering pipelines and analytical tools. Key Responsibilities:

Artificial Intelligence (AI):

• Work on implementing Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Multi-Chain Prompting (MCP) systems
• Build and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) for automation, summarization, and intelligent Q&A
• Explore tools like LangChain, OpenAI APIs, and vector databases for AI product development

Machine Learning (ML):

• Design and train deep learning models for image recognition, object detection, and classification tasks
• Conduct model tuning, performance evaluation, and deployment for practical use cases
• Work on custom model architecture (CNN, RNN, Transformers)

Data Analysis & Visualization:

• Perform exploratory data analysis using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Python (Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
• Generate actionable insights from structured and unstructured data
• Work on KPI dashboards, correlation studies, and data storytelling

Data Engineering:

• Gain hands-on experience with ETL pipelines, data cleaning, and batch processing tools
• Work with tools like Apache Airflow, Spark, SQL, or BigQuery for data ingestion and processing
• Manage structured and semi-structured datasets in cloud environments

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Mandatory Skills:

• Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLM Integration (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain)
• Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Object Detection using YOLO, SSD, or custom models

• Data analysis using Python, Power BI, Excel, or Tableau
• Familiarity with SQL and data manipulation techniques

✅ Bonus Skills (Brownie Points):

• Knowledge of MCP (Multi-chain prompting) methods
• Experience working with data engineering tools like Airflow, Apache Spark, or Databricks
• Cloud-based data handling (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Prior hands-on projects in healthcare, retail, finance, or logistics domains
