Responsibilities:

Affiliate Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing affiliate partners to ensure productive and mutually beneficial collaboration.
- Affiliate Recruitment: Identify and onboard new affiliates to expand the partner network, negotiate terms, and finalize partnership agreements.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze affiliate performance to ensure they meet agreed-upon KPIs and targets.
- Commission Structuring: Develop and negotiate commission models that align with business goals and motivate affiliates to drive high-quality traffic.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with affiliates to effectively promote brands.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and performance insights to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure all affiliate activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Budget Management: Manage the affiliate marketing budget efficiently, maximizing ROI and controlling costs.
- Conferences and Industry Trends: Represent the company at iGaming events, stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes.
You’re a great fit if you have:
- 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in TIER 1 markets.
- Strong understanding of online marketing tools, tracking, and analytics.
- Advanced English level with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and campaign performance.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed goals and KPIs.
