Before embarking on this journey, we urge you to set high standards for yourself in terms of commitment, honesty, respect, and patience, and to maintain them throughout.

We are dedicated to changing your lifestyle, but it will take time and effort on your part. Please do not expect quick fixes for health conditions like Thyroid, PCOD/S, or Diabetes, as it is unrealistic. Lifestyle changes take time and effort, so do not expect instant results.

Health conditions may not be fully cured, but they can be managed through diet and lifestyle modifications as we focus on addressing the root cause rather than just the symptoms.

We strongly encourage you to ask questions in order to fully understand the reasoning behind our recommendations and actions. Every suggestion we make is based on sound logic, and we are more than willing to share our knowledge with you. However, we ask that you refrain from challenging us for the sake of ego, as this could jeopardize the mutual respect and trust necessary for our partnership to be successful.

It is important that you take ownership of your actions and understand that we, as dietitians, can only offer guidance - we cannot control your decisions regarding your diet.

The good benefits or changes in health that you would experience through our Plans can be maintained as long as you remain committed and disciplined. Our focus is on long-term sustainability and lifestyle changes, not quick fixes.

Firstly, it's important to shift your mindset away from the idea of dieting. We are strongly opposed to the concept of dieting, which often involves depriving yourself of certain foods and severely restricting your calorie intake in order to lose weight. This approach can lead to negative side effects such as hair loss, weakness, and fatigue. Instead, we promote healthy eating habits. Our diet plans are designed to help you incorporate healthy eating into your lifestyle without overly restricting yourself or resorting to starvation.

We emphasize the importance of local and traditional foods, and our diet plans are focused on long-term sustainability. While we recognize the significance of calories, we don't advocate for constantly counting them, as this is not a sustainable practice. Additionally, we will provide guidance on portion control so that you don't have to constantly measure your food on a kitchen scale.

In terms of payment, you commit to making full payment at the beginning of the Plan. If you reside outside India, USD pricing apply. INR pricing is inapplicable. If you reside outside India and wish to pay in INR, USD pricing will be converted to INR

If you are dealing with health issues such as severe diabetes, thyroid problems, high blood pressure, PCOD, or other medical conditions, rest assured that we prioritize managing those specific concerns. Weight loss will naturally follow once we address and regulate the underlying cause.

Our approach revolves around balanced, nutritious meals and the cultivation of a healthy lifestyle, steering clear of endorsing rapid weight loss schemes, pills, or supplements. Therefore, do not anticipate instant outcomes or miraculous weight reduction. Our focus is on enhancing your overall well-being, not just the numbers on the scale.
