Head of legal practice, China
Sebastian Wiendieck is head of the legal practice of Rödl & Partner in China. He is based in Shanghai where he is listed as foreign registered lawyer. Mr. Wiendieck has lived and worked in China for almost 20 years. Mr. Wiendieck advices and supports multinational and mid-size companies, mainly from Germany, on their business operations and investments in China. He specializes in corporate law, foreign direct investment and mergers and acquisitions as well as compliance matters.
Steven C. Lux, MPS Archonic
Partner and General Manager
Steven Clint Lux, Executive Director & Partner, Asia Pacific has nearly 20 years of experience in project management and corporate property planning throughout Asia Pacific, with a strong focus on China and Southeast Asia. Over his career, he has successfully led and overseen the development of more than 80 company locations, guiding international clients from strategic planning and land acquisition through design, construction, and operational readiness.
Bjarne Bauer, Nai Sofia Group
Managing Partner China

Bjarne Bauer has been working in the commercial real estate industry for 21 years, four in Germany and 17 in China. As NAI Sofia Group’s Commercial Director, Bjarne steers the overall direction of the organization and takes final responsibility for all aspects of its business. He directly oversees the operations of NAI Sofia Group’s office space and industrial premises consulting business.
