Org Design Consulting
Hi, I'm
Stephanie Soussloff: Org Designer, Developmental & Somatic Coach, Entrepreneur.
I partner with leaders & teams to bring their organizations to Life. To unleash collaborative capacities and collective intelligences.
If you already know you want to talk,
you can just book a free call for us!Let's work together if...
Disconnection, incoherence, siloing
Conflict avoidance or passive aggression
Collaboration, creativity
Effective decision-making & role clarity
Stakeholder & customer engagement
Accountability & trust across all levels of the organization (managing up, self-management)
An adaptive & developmental culture
Diversity of thought & expression
These are challenges & needs that almost all teams face & have at given points in the journey to reaching your potential. And they are often hard to address on your own.
Having someone accompanying you & holding space to practice new ways of working & relating together is a necessary part of the transformation process.
To hire me is to gift yourself a container for creating a new reality, or operating system, inside your organization or stakeholder/customer/community ecosystem.
This varies depending on your specific needs. However, generally speaking:
Time: 3+ months. It's hard to see & maintain real shifts in shorter time frames :).
Form: cohort-based learning, team coaching, 1;1 coaching, group process facilitation, workshops, co-design sessions, off-sites/retreats & other forms of experiential learning.
Book us a low-stakes
FREE Discovery Session, where I will listen to & understand your current challenges. From there, we'll discover if there's something we're meant to do together!
This work is relational, so it's most effective when it's held in relationship too. I will likely bring a colleague to our discovery call, but not always!
I partner with close collaborators from

I Really Love My Clients (past & present):
"Steph & Meg were referred to us because our startup hit some major roadblocks to growth that couldn’t be solved with more clever code or 3rd party tools. Our company was on a solid growth trajectory with lots of talented people and teams but some serious fault lines. I know that we needed something but had a hard time articulating the problem. During our first conversation, I could already feel some of the weight being lifted. They helped me put a voice to my concerns in a way that was meaningful and authentic. I quickly came around to the idea that our team could confront these challenges and they helped us develop a roadmap that spoke to our specific needs and company culture. We are almost a year into our partnership and are becoming a stronger and more resilient company. I appreciate that they communicate so effectively with all the different personalities on our team, that they adapt to our particular (and ever-evolving) needs, and have been so diligent and responsive along the way. Beyond that, our partnership works because they are wonderfully compassionate and all around great people."

Intuitively you probably already understand why this work is important. However, intuition isn't usually enough when it comes to business. Whether you are a metric-driven founder who needs to justify this work to your investors, or an Ops leader who needs to bring a proposal to your CEO, here are some resources that might help you in getting us in the door more smoothly.
