The What & The How

This varies depending on your specific needs. However, generally speaking:
Time: 3+ months. It's hard to see & maintain real shifts in shorter time frames :).
Form: cohort-based learning, team coaching, 1;1 coaching, group process facilitation, workshops, co-design sessions, off-sites/retreats & other forms of experiential learning.

Research on ROI

Intuitively you probably already understand why this work is important. However, intuition isn't usually enough when it comes to business. Whether you are a metric-driven founder who needs to justify this work to your investors, or an Ops leader who needs to bring a proposal to your CEO, here are some resources that might help you in getting us in the door more smoothly.
1) "The Impact and ROI of Executive Coaching," by Rebecca L. Jones, PhD. This article, published in the International Coaching Psychology Review in 2015, provides an overview of the ROI of executive coaching and includes several case studies.
2) "The Business Impact of Leadership Development," a study conducted by the American Management Association in 2010. This study found that companies that invested in leadership development programs, which often include team consulting services, had a median ROI of 133%.
