1. Comissioned art is for your personal use only, unless you've paid for the resell rights.
2. I do not agree to using my artwork in development of generative AI engines or using it as an NFT.
3. I reserve all legal rights to my work which includes the right to monetise it. If you wish to buy exclusive rights to the comissioned artwork, please contact me through my work e-mail.
4. I reserve the right to post the comissioned artwork on my social media unless the comissioner paid for a NDA. When sharing my artwork on social media, the comissioner may request to not be tagged/have their name mentioned.
5. My prices are non-negotiable.
6. I reserve the right to refuse service at any point in the comission process.
