LCA Project Manager (Nagpur based/relocate)

Requirements:   

The candidate needs to relocate to Nagpur for this role. Company will help with relocation.
Hard Skills- · Environmental engineering master's degree or a related field. · 4 to 6 years of experience conducting, overseeing, analyzing, and communicating LCA evaluations as an LCA consultant. · 1+ year of experience, particularly in LCA project management strong understanding of corporate footprint and life cycle assessment (LCA), ideally in the fashion industry. · Knowledge of one of the LCA software programs (GaBi is a great help) · Along with project leadership techniques and best practices, you possess expertise in project management. · Strong technical understanding of LCA frameworks and methodology, including ISO 14001, EDD, comparative LCAs, allocation processes, cut-off criteria, uncertainty analysis, impact categories, data quality requirements, and completeness, consistency, and sensitivity checks

Responsibilities Client Project Management · Create project plans and interim release checklists for complex and large client LCA projects. · Work with LCA subject matter experts to assess requirements, define scope, and create estimates. · Manage LCA projects for clients as a project lead/manager, making sure that quality standards, expectations, and deadlines are met. · To control project risks and guarantee effective project delivery and execution, track, evaluate, and report project status on a regular basis. · Facilitate and oversee client engagements, including routine project meetings and update calls. · Establish and maintain relationships while providing status reports to clients and relevant third parties, such as suppliers and external reviewers. · Direct and guide project teams effectively. · Monitor and manage multiple ongoing projects concurrently. Client Project Delivery · Organize and oversee the LCA project activities for the team, ensuring thorough evaluation of both interim and final LCA models and deliverables. ·Facilitate discussions with clients and suppliers regarding their supply chains and the technical aspects of their production processes. · Offer analytical assistance to team members. Knowledge Management: · Thought Leadership: Cultivate and disseminate thought leadership on LCA topics and trends; engage in pertinent internal LCA-related projects or initiatives. · Consistently strive to enhance existing LCA processes for precision and efficiency in accordance with LCA methodology, while recommending appropriate tools and procedures. · Training: Assess training needs, create, and implement internal training programs focused on essential LCA subjects.
