Finance Staff (Shifting Schedule)

We’re looking for a Finance Staff to join our team and take ownership of daily financial operations, including deposits, withdrawals, refunds, and e-banking transactions. You’ll ensure smooth, accurate, and timely financial processes that keep our business running seamlessly.

Responsibilities

- Process and record daily financial transactions, including withdrawals, refunds, and deposits.

- Operate internet banking systems (maker) to handle payment entries accurately and securely.

- Assist in daily reconciliation of accounts and resolve any discrepancies

-This role requires shift-based availability (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays on rotation).

Skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience with spreadsheet and data management tools (Excel, Google Sheets) is an advantage.

- Familiarity with e-banking systems and payment processing platforms, especially Mandiri, BNI, BRI, BCA, and CIMB.
