Objective of the Diagnostic:
To assess and analyze the operational quality of the organization FCC across various key areas related to its operations.
The questionnaire aims to provide a clear and detailed insight into how the organization conducts its day-to-day activities and performs in terms of efficiency, resource management, project execution, service quality, and more.
