Who we’re looking for ?

We’re looking for someone looking to dive into the VC & tech ecosystem, carry the voice of 360 Capital, engage with our community and support our ESG commitments. 🙌

You will be working closely with the Head of Investor Relations & ESG and the Head of Marketing & Community in our Paris office.

Requirements:

- Strong written and strong verbal communication skills
- Proficient in English & French (Italian a plus)
- Rigorous, organized and efficient
- Curious and able to adapt quickly
- A self-starter with a hands-on mentality who can work independently and take initiative
- Enjoying new tools to improve your efficiency
- Having a first experience in the startup / VC ecosystem

What's the mission?

Orchestrate Impactful Community:
➡️ Animate the 360 Founders community & create founder-dedicated events; - Peer-meeting/workshop management remote & in-person - definition of the scope of work and identification of experts - 1st Founder-Summit creation - feasibility analysis with budget, workshop definition etc. - Knowledge Management to make our content accessible and useful our community
➡️ Engage directly with the startup Ecosystem
- Define startup needs with our VC team - Contribute to expand our partnership catalogue - Social media management on LinkedIn and our Newsletter to showcase our entrepreneurs within our ecosystem.
Contribute to our ESG Strategy
➡️ Refresh our 360's ESG Strategy:
- review market best practices;
- collaborate on the review of 360's sustainability strategy;
- participate on ESG due diligence and action plan elaboration for new portfolio companies.
➡️Review portfolio companies policies: - contribute to building action plan and case studies; - build knowledge sharing and sustainability toolbox for 360 startups.
Participate in cross-functional projects:
➡️ Collaborate with the IR and investment team on marketing material
➡️ Suggest new actions to be implemented!
