About the Role
Are you a visual storyteller who loves crafting stunning designs that don’t just look good but also enhance user experiences? We’re searching for a Mid-Level Visual Designer with a strong product design mindset to help shape the look and feel of our digital products.
You’ll work on design systems, mobile & web apps, and branding—collaborating with UX designers, developers, and marketers to create seamless and visually stunning experiences. If you geek out over pixel-perfect UI, scalable design systems, and intuitive user flows, we’d love to have you on board!

Visual & Product Design: Creating sleek, user-friendly, and functional designs for digital products, from apps to dashboards.

Mobile & Web UI: Designing beautiful and intuitive mobile & web app interfaces, keeping UX best practices in mind.

Design Systems: Developing and maintaining scalable design systems that ensure consistency across products.
🧩
User-Centered Design: Working closely with UX designers to translate research and wireframes into polished high-fidelity visuals.
⚡
Interaction & Motion Design (Bonus!): Adding subtle animations and transitions for a delightful user experience.

Collaboration: Partnering with developers to ensure designs are properly implemented and functional.

What We’re Looking For (Your Secret Weapons 🛠️)

Experience: 2+ years in visual design, UI design, or product design
(preferably in tech or SaaS).
✅
Product Thinking: Ability to design for usability and functionality, not just aesthetics.
✅
Design System Expert: Hands-on experience in building and managing scalable design systems.
✅
UI/UX Mastery: Understanding of user flows, wireframing, and prototyping to enhance the user experience.
✅
Mobile-First Mindset: Experience designing for iOS, Android, and responsive web platforms.
✅
Tools of the Trade: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, or similar.
✅
Attention to Detail: You have an eagle eye for typography, color, layout, and branding consistency.
✅
Team Player: Strong communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating across teams.
Bonus Points If You Have:
✨ Experience with motion design or micro-interactions (e.g., After Effects, Lottie).
🎨 Basic knowledge of front-end development (so you can speak dev language!).
