General Terms and Conditions

1. Our Customer Service Team will reach out to you to confirm the appointment date. We want to ensure we find the most suitable available tech and schedule for your location. Hence appointment date is not final until confirmed by CS Team.

2. Same-day appointments are subject to tech availability and add-on charges vary: $80 add-on if appointment within 1 hour during office hours or $50 within 3 hours. Office hours is from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Our CS team will contact you to confirm the add-on charge.

3. Last booking slot for the day is 3:00 to 5:00 pm. Appointments after 6:00PM will have an add-on charge of $50, and $100 for appointments scheduled past 10:00 PM during business days, Sundays, or public holidays.

4. If we can't match you with a tech due to location, time or date availability, our CS Team will reach out to you to arrange a refund.

5. $20 discount only applies for appointments arranged and paid online even if appointment date itself is for another day.

6. If payer is not on site on appointment date, online prepayment is required.
