Policies & Agreements

Color & Method Agreement:

During your consultation, the best method, color & length for your hair goals is decided & agreed upon.

Once you make your initial deposit, you are locked into that decision.

Any major color, length or texture changes, post-consultation, may incur an additional fee and new appointment time to account for the inconsistency.

Deposits:

All extension deposits made upon booking an initial installation appointment are 100%  non-refundable. A deposit is required to book your appointment.

Maintenance Appointments:

It is very important that you schedule your maintenance appointment in a timely manner.

Missing an extension maintenance appointment can cause damage to your natural hair.

All clients MUST come to their maintenance appointment with clean dry hair.

Please note, that if you arrive with dirty hair your service will not be the most optimal it can be.

Expect to purchase new hair every 3-5 months for keratin bonds, and 8-12 months for weft extensions. (With proper care)

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

48 hours notice is required for cancellations or changes to the service.

Should an appointment be cancelled or rescheduled without a 48 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the booked service cost.

Late Policy:

Should you arrive more than 20 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you may forfeit your appointment completely and a cancellation fee of 50% will apply.

Same Day Cancellations & No Shows:

Cancelling same day & no shows will be charged 100% of the service cost & may not be able to book in the future.

Refunds & Adjustments:

I strive to provide the highest level of service to you as my client.

Should you wish to have an adjustment to your extensions, color or toner, you will have 7 days from your appointment to contact me with any changes.

I will not be liable for removal of extensions or color done by anyone else. 

Only 1 extension placement adjustment within 7 days of installation will be accepted. Any further changes will incur an additional charge.

I do not offer refunds for any reason.
