This form is meant to intake KPIs for review for the Grants Committee to assist in supporting projects and their long term
For Project KPIs we generally recommend 1-2 KPIs that are associated to the projects aims for the seasons.
The KPI is not meant to be restrictive! If you invalidate a KPI and learn, that still satisfies the KPI.
Additionally please post a short blurb on why the above KPI are relevant so that we understand the projects thinking around choosing these KPI.
