Job application: Call Center Agent (US Time Zone -Onsite)

We are seeking dedicated and highly motivated Call Center Agent to join our team. This is an onsite role requiring you to work during US business hours, assisting customers across various industries, including telecommunications, HealthCare, finance, real estate and e-commerce. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide excellent customer support, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

📞 Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information.

🔄 Resolve Customer Issues: Address complaints, offer solutions, and escalate complex cases when necessary.

📊 Data Entry & CRM Management: Document customer interactions and maintain updated records.

🎯 Sales & Lead Generation (if applicable): Upsell services or products and identify potential leads.

📚 Stay Updated on Products & Policies: Keep up with industry trends, company policies, and service updates.

✔️ Adhere to Compliance & Quality Standards: Follow company guidelines and meet call center performance metrics.

Requirements

✅ Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).

✅ Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a call center is preferred.

✅ Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to different industries.

✅ Work Hours: Must be available to work in US time zones (EST, CST, PST).

✅ Work Environment: This is an onsite position, so candidates must be able to work from our office.
