How Much Is Body Image Running the Show?

This tool is provided by Steven Lafford and is adapted from the Eating Disorder Examination Questionnaire (EDE-Q; Fairburn & Beglin, 2008), focusing on thoughts related to body shape and weight. It’s been reframed for non-clinical use in a coaching setting. This is not a diagnostic tool, but a self-reflection exercise to help you explore how body image may be showing up in your life.
