To create a cover that truly represents your story, I need to understand your vision and key details. Please fill out this form with as much clarity as possible — the more precise your answers, the better the design will match your expectations.

*For Paperback/Hardback package, there's a $10 fee for the second layout/template if you publish in both formats with the same design.
If there are any additional design elements, requests, or important notes that haven't been covered, please include them below.

Describe the overall vibe you want for the cover — include important objects, symbols, colors, textures, or moods that reflect your story. Mention if there are elements that must be included, and anything that visually defines your world or characters.
