This form is to have details of your event(s) published in the Pocket Guide, as well as register for events that you would like to host at Center Camp. The 2025 Pocket Guide will be produced in PDF print versions.
Please submit this form ONCE per Event Name. If your event repeats (i.e "coffee available every morning at camp ____") then you do NOT have to submit the form for each occurrence. But if the name & description are different, go ahead and submit those separately.
This year, there will be 2 versions of the Pocket Guide. A publicly facing version that will be hosted on the Alchemy website & a 🌶️Spicy🌶️version that will only be accessible on site. The 🌶️Spicy🌶️version may contain details that should otherwise be kept out of the public eye 🚓.

Music meditation? The list goes on! The earlier you put in your submission, the more likely you will get the time slot you ask for!
