"Unsaid: What She Couldn’t Tell Her Therapist" - Anonymous Submission

I’m collecting anonymous letters for a forthcoming book titled “Unsaid”, which will explore the unspoken emotional world of therapy from the client’s perspective.
This project will feature letters written by women to their past or present therapists containing the things never said out loud in the room. Whether it was too vulnerable, too complicated, or too tender to say… this is your chance to say it now.
Letters may explore: • The things you hid or lied about in session • Moments you felt misunderstood or unseen • The way a therapist hurt or disappointed you • Feelings of attachment, longing, confusion, or love • Gratitude you never found words for • Anything you still carry!
🔒 All letters will be published anonymously so you can be honest, raw, and unfiltered.

🖋️ You do not need to be a writer. You do not need to explain or justify. Just write from the heart.
This book will be curated by a clinical psychologist and aims to honour the complexity of therapy relationships. This is not to critique therapists, but to give voice to what’s often left unsaid.
