are welcoming all request to co-organise with us
one of the following formats on offer in-person at HCMC

). All about ecosystems, biodiversity & why biodiversity matters to our lives. Based on the IPBES report.

Circular Economy Collage

lafresquedeleconomiecirculaire.com
).
A dive in our existing (linear) economic model and explore a different, circular model, that uses fewer resources, designs out waste and respects the limits of our planet.

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING BEFORE REQUESTING
You are responsible for organising the space
where the workshop will be organising (including ensuring a table of 1x2m per group of 4-7 participants) and
ensuring the minimum numbers of participants
(5 per workshop).
The workshop is completely free (i.e. no license fee) if one of the follow conditions apply
:
- Anyone from the public can register (a public link is available for people to register).
- For staff & students of educational institutions (high school, vocational schools, colleges and universities).
- For members, volunteers and beneficiaries of non-professional associations and non-profit organisations working in charitable causes.
Maximum 14 people per workshop
(for Climate Fresk only: exceptions can be made depending on facilitators' availability and workshop type - please be in touch).
For other types of workshop (i.e. private companies, for-profit organisations, public bodies/government), a license fee may apply per workshop format
, payable to the facilitator/association of the format, as follow

Climate Fresk: 3 euros per participant
Biodiversity Collage: 3 euros per participant
Circular Economy Collage: 10 euros per participant
Digital Collage:
10 euros per participant
*If you're unsure if your workshop needs to pay license fee per regulations of the association managing the workshop, don't hesitate to contact (info to contact below).
We do ask that in return for complimentary conduct of the workshop, we'll take photos and will require full consent of all participants to be allowed to publicise their appearances

(In addition, we would love to have your assistance to promote the respective workshops on online channels, either social media & others. We would also love to have reviews/testimonials to improve and promote the workshop conducts, of which we'll send a small ask to participants after the workshop).
For workshops that are intended to be organised outside of Ho Chi Minh City, if we can accept, we may require travel assistance & lodging support from you.
And last but not least, submitting of this request is NOT a final confirmation to do the workshop from us.
Due to limited availability, we may not able to confirm all requests, so do get in touch quickly if you've decided.
