Welcome to the OSP Spring '26 Application!

Thank you for your interest in the Organiser Support Programme (OSP)!

We're thrilled that you're considering joining our community of effective altruism organisers.

OSP is designed to support individuals who are leading EA groups. Through this programme, you'll receive personalised mentorship, connect with fellow organisers, and gain access to resources and funding to help your group thrive.

Application process

There are two parts to this application:

1. This form (15-25 mins) 2. Using Willo to record yourself answering four short questions (30-40 mins)

Answers to this form are automatically saved on your device, so you can come back and complete it later. Note that some parts of this form will be shared with our team of OSP mentors.

We expect that the full application will take most applicants a total of 45-60 mins to complete. Please plan to spend no longer than 1 hour 30 minutes.

When you submit this form, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your link to the second half. You can start the second half whenever you like, it doesn't have to be done immediately after.

Note that each organiser from your group who would like to take part in OSP will need to apply individually. Generally, we recommend that all main organisers of the group apply!

After you apply

After you complete both parts of the application, a member of our team will review your answers, and will possibly schedule a follow-up call.

We may also use your application to help us make decisions on grants for your group, and it may allow you to skip a stage when applying for a grant.
