Hi there !
My name is Flora, I am a mother and art therapist. And I have personally experienced how dance and sorority can transform our lives (and those of our babies).
Movement, creativity, sharing groups, writing, and solidarity among women are powerful tools to find serenity, courage, and self-confidence in the incredible transformation that is motherhood (indeed... becoming a mom is no small feat!).
Dancing is highly recommended by health professionals, and also when you're pregnant or in post-partum, following the MamDanse method.
I have compiled the best of my creations and learnings into weekly group workshops. THE weekly appointment with yourself, your baby, and other women who share your reality.
Because you deserve gentle, fun, empathetic support to help you get through the physical, psychological and emotional transformations that pregnancy or post-partum entails.
