SUMMARY OF ROLES

PRESIDENT 

Overall head of the organization 

Ensures the completion of the goals of the organization 

Representative for the Council of Organizations 

Liaison with our moderator 

Ensures all projects and internal affairs of the organization are running smoothly 

Executive Vice President (EVP) 

Assist the president 

Liaison between members and officers 

Organize meetings and provide the agenda for the meetings 

Secretary

Assist the Executive Vice President in organizing meetings and providing the agenda for the meetings 

Create the minutes during the meeting and events

VP for Internal Projects 

Organize and ensure the success of all ELS projects held inside the School of Law

VP for Marketing & External Projects 

Organize and ensure the success of all projects held outside the School of Law

Creates projects/partnerships to get the organization funding necessary for the school year 

VP for Finance 

Allocate org funding 

Liaison between the org and the finance office of San Beda 

Ensures proper procedure in getting money for the organization 

VP for Social Media Management and Creatives 

Post in the proper venue all org-related announcements 

Creates pubmats & promos for org projects 

VP for Research and Development 

Updates the org on recent environmental news and development

Creates infographics along with the VP for social media

Creates stands for the organization
