This setup is free, with weekly invoicing based only on usage. A shared usage log will be updated weekly for full transparency.

We'll coordinate anthem logistics either via dedicated show phone or through your MOD (Manager on Duty), depending on your preference.

The agreement auto-renews every 30 days unless canceled with 7 days’ notice.
You may cancel anytime with proper notice - no penalties, no lock-in.
Billing Terms
-Clubs will be billed weekly based on anthem orders and delivery volume.
-Each invoice will reflect the shared data log.
-Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property

All custom songs and AI content created by Anthem Lab remain the property of Anthem Lab. Clubs may use these anthems in-house for bottle service and event playback, but may not license, resell, or repurpose outside of club operations without written consent or opting in the In-House AI Residency Package.

Liability Disclaimer

Anthem Lab shall not be held liable for playback errors, DJ-related delivery issues, or any damages resulting from use of the anthems. Anthem Lab’s liability is limited to the total weekly invoice amount for the applicable billing cycle.
