I have read the Terms & Conditions on The Kreative Kickback website.

I understand that communications will be held only via email during the business hours, as stated above to maintain a paper trail for both the client and designer.

I understand that the estimated turnaround time for ONE package ranges between 15 to 35 business days (weekends, major holidays, & the designer's scheduled time off is not included). Additional services and revisions will increase turnaround time.

I understand that completing this form is only to inquire and this form does not guarantee my project will begin after submission.

I understand that my project has to be accepted by the designer.

I understand that the designer, reserves the right to not move forward with this inquiry if I, the client, is: being disrespectful in any way, threatens the designer, is not responding to the designer's emails within a timely manner, or if the designer determines the client's needs may not be the right fit.
