1. What ClearlyMusical Is
ClearlyMusical is an online platform that helps students connect with independent music teachers for live, one-on-one online lessons. We’re not a music school — we just help manage the booking, communication, and payments between you and the teacher.

2. Who Can Use ClearlyMusical
To use ClearlyMusical:
* You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
* You’ll need a stable internet connection and access to an online video platform (like Zoom, Skype, or Google Meet).
* You must agree to communicate respectfully and follow your teacher’s lesson policies.

3. Online Lessons Only
All lessons on ClearlyMusical are conducted online.
You and your teacher will agree on a video platform (Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, etc.) and the teacher will send the link or instructions.
You are responsible for:
* Showing up on time with the agreed platform and equipment.
* Making sure your device, audio, and camera work.

4. Booking and Payments
* All lessons are paid for in advance through ClearlyMusical using PayPal.
* The total cost is shown at checkout, and no other payment is required.
* Do not send payments directly to teachers outside the platform.
Once booked, your lesson is confirmed and your teacher is notified.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
Each teacher may have their own cancellation policy, which will be listed on their profile.
If your teacher doesn’t set a policy, our default policy applies:
* You can cancel up to 24 hours before the lesson for a full refund.
* Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may not be refunded.
If a teacher cancels or doesn’t show up, we’ll help you reschedule or refund you.

6. Your Responsibilities
As a student on ClearlyMusical, you agree to:
* Be respectful, punctual, and prepared.
* Use the platform fairly and honestly.
* Communicate through ClearlyMusical or agreed-upon methods.
* Not attempt to book lessons or pay your teacher outside of the platform.
Violating these terms may result in your account being suspended or removed.

7. Teacher Independence
All teachers on ClearlyMusical are independent service providers.
ClearlyMusical is not responsible for the outcome or content of the lesson, but we do monitor quality and feedback to keep the platform safe and effective.

8. Account and Privacy
To book lessons, you’ll need an account. You agree to:

* Keep your login secure.
* Use your account for personal use only.

9. Refunds and Disputes
